Golden Hour has licensed nurses, LPNs, and CNAs on staff. Skilled visits may include medication management, chronic condition monitoring, and care coordination within the scope of service.
Care recommendations are reviewed during assessment so families understand what support is appropriate.
Current Care Planning Rates
- Personal care / sitter care: $30 per hour
- CNA / Home Health Aide support: $35 per hour
- LPN skilled visit: $90 per visit
- RN skilled visit: $150 per visit
Minimum care starts at 4 hours per visit, 3 days per week.
Payment Options
Private pay and insurance options are available.
Golden Hour currently accepts card, ACH, private pay, private insurance, and long-term care insurance. Medicare is not accepted at this time.
